Arrival and departure
Check-in is agreed around your journey. Check-out may be as late as 3pm when no arriving booking requires an earlier departure.
House rules
Relaxed, clear
and considerate.
These rules apply to direct bookings. Written confirmation will identify any villa-specific conditions.
Refundable damage deposit
US$200 applies to a villa booking, or US$100 to a single-room booking. It is payable in cash on arrival and returned after inspection.
Children and cots
Children are welcome. A cot for ages 0–2 is free on request and subject to availability.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation.
Pets
Pets are allowed without an additional charge when notified in advance.
Parties and quiet hours
Parties for registered guests are permitted, but music must finish at midnight. Quiet hours are midnight to 8am.
Visitors
Only guests registered on the booking may enter or use the accommodation.
Cancellations
Free more than 30 days before arrival; 50% at 15–29 days; 100% within 14 days, for no-shows and early departures. A qualifying 24-hour grace period and one date change may be considered.
